Fast forward to now. Called about plugging the eyeball to close the pool. I was told by their staff they sell the plug. Guess what, that plug they sold me fit the skimmer. Bottom line folks, don’t waste your time with this place. Worse than a car dealership. They make a sell, but any issues or parts after sell they have no clue. Pay more if needed and go somewhere else.
The perma system is wonderful This is the first time my pool has stayed clear all summer long. It is a great process. It is easy to maintain every 2 weeks
We shopped for our hot tub at the State Fair AND the Home & Garden Show because these both always advertise "big" sales. We also shopped several local stores and finally found our beautiful hot tub that was top quality with all the extras for over $2,000 less than anywhere else! Definitely worth shopping here!
LaCole was very easy to work with. We had to have 2 chairs replaced. She was very professional to work with! She handle the replacement right away! She stayed in touch with me and kept me notify what was going on with my replacement. Very happy!! Well buy from Leisure Time again!!
My husband and I bought our pool from Family Leisure a year ago and he installed it this summer himself. LaCole Herron was our sales person and we could not have been in better hands. We have asked many questions while putting up the pool and she has always been helpful and informative with all that we have inquired about. Giving advise, answering repeated questions ( always with a smile) or pointing us in the right direction if necessary. We very much want to give her a great big SHOUT OUT for all her help and support.
I bought an above ground pool this past summer. Sand was not delivered at time of install so we got pushed back another week. It was not explained to us that we had to find an outside contractor to deliver the sand ourselves. Later on we discover that they have a list of recommended people to deliver sand. Then Installer did not install skimmer correctly. We were losing several inches of water daily. Took family leisure 3 different times to figure out the problem. The first idea they had was the south wind blowing the water over the edge. (I had him repeat it bc I couldn’t believe what I heard). Then they said we were having evaporation. That much in one day?!? Don’t think so. Finally they realized the screws were not in all the way.
