Shady business practices in a place struggling to get every last dollar before they are forced to close their doors for good. The protection plan is a scam, and they will charge you for covered repairs because of how their system works. Our company gets products from brick and mortar stores like Best Buy for the service, but if the employees have no control over the process, I don't see any reason not to move our business to Amazon.
I love Best Buy and especially the OKC North location. Any merchandise problems are quickly rectified and/or replaced. My recent experience with Geek Squad was excellent and I want to thank my techs Eric Higgens and Steve, and manager Michael Hines. The level of professionalism and courtesy can't be beat. Previous experiences with customer service have always been excellent as well. My thanks to management, staff and techs.

Very friendly staff. Eager to help. A little frustrated that unless you purchase insurance on a product that Best Buy does not honor the manufacturers warranty out side of a very short window. You are forced to deal with the manufacturer at that point. If you purchase the insurance on that product. There are no questions asked and it is as simple as selecting the replacement product and even an upgrade from that defective product and pay the difference. Seems like the one year manufacturer warranty should be part of the return or exchange policy to make the shopping experience as easy as possible.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pickup orders are filled in a timely manner. Store is always clean and presentable.
Initially I came in NOT a happy or satisfied customer. But when I left I was satisfied and happier. Thanks to the Manager Jason and salesman Chris. Both we understanding and professional making attempts to obtain customer satisfaction.
