I got my windows tinted there and spent 100-150 (from my experience with other tinting companies) more than I would somewhere else for at best half the quality of work. When I got the truck back to the house I noticed the back windows were lighter than the front Windows because they put a layer of 15% on top of what was already on there (to make it 5%) when I told them I wanted 5% put on all the way around. Then noticed the brow was already peeling. They definitely cut corners on the brow. I will not do business with them again. I will now have to go spend more money somewhere else to get their problems fixed because I refuse to take anything back to them.

Fast forward to late October. I had decided a while back that I didn’t like the radio (paragraph 3 for the reason), but I previously hadn’t had the time to drive up and work something out. I wasn’t expecting they would be willing to swap it out for another after 7 months. I was hoping to at least sell it back to them and buy a different one. I talked to Scott, and he was gracious enough to swap it out for a Kenwood free of charge! He was not obligated to do this by any means. So all-in-all, I paid for the cheapest Alpine Radio, got the next model up, and ultimately ended up with a Kenwood with similar features as the previous Alpine. Jackie Cooper has the best customer service bar none. I highly recommend them to say the least, and I will be purchasing any other stereo equipment from them in the future. Thank you guys!

The reason I didn’t like the radio was because it automatically started playing my Apple Music once I plugged in my phone and had the radio on the USB setting. I am a delivery driver for Dominos, and I like to listen to YouTube videos while I’m driving sometimes. With a lot of the videos, you have to turn the sound up to hear them. So when I get out of the car, get back in, and start it up, it will start playing my Apple Music (which it plays a significantly higher volume), and just about blow out my eardrums. I’ve tried everything I can to stop this, but I could not figure out a way. I have a Kenwood radio in my truck, and it doesn’t have this problem.

I have been going to Cooper for anything aftermarket car related for years. They have the absolute best customer service and best knowledge out of any window tint or car electronics shop in this city... and trust me, I have tried them all. They have never failed my expectations in the many times I have been there and they continue to earn my business.

Great customer service! They replied quickly to me on their day off. Dropped my car off overnight (for tinting) and told him what I wanted and it looks great! Would recommend this place to a friend.

If you want the best service and best care for your car then go to Cooper. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

So back in March of 2017 I purchased a radio for my car from these guys. I wanted the cheapest Alpine radio, and I wanted it to connect to my steering wheel controls. When I went to have it installed, they told me that they failed to realize the cheapest model wasn’t capable of steering wheel controls. So the gave me the next model up that came with Bluetooth and some other cool features for no extra charge! About a month later my steering wheel controls stopped working, I took it back to them, and they fixed it up free of charge! (loose wire)

I had stereo work done on my car. they Did not do what I had really wanted done. Feel like I was way over charged for what they did do.Charged me for a new amp install Without running new wires to the amp.My old wires were good but don't charge me for new amp install when you're not installing all-new wires. Also did not change fuse to match new amp that was installed.I felt like when I got approved For financing they were trying to rack up the charges. They also had no knowledge of my Pioneer 80prs That I wanted to run an active system with.i Set up the active system After I left there, which was the main reason I went there.Sounds alot better than the day I left Jackie Cooper. just Because it's not the brand they carry you would think they would have knowledge of it and want to help you out and earn your business. They did do a decent job on my door speakers. very disappointed.
