Worst customer service - don't waste your time! We only use the store on Sooner in Del City, we have called this store and pre ordered, even speaking to a "manager" alley, worst customer service!!!! Thank you Sooner store!
This is a great place to buy video games and the staff really knows what they're talking about. I just found the display of all the video games someone overpowering.
I was here on Black Friday. The staff was very friendly but, I got 2 game that was used and didn't realize it till I got home. I should have have 1 used game free. I didn't get one.
Pre-ordered battlefront 2, came for the early release, arrived just before midnight. Was ignored while standing outside. Waited until 12:30 just to be told "No you can't get your game. Come back tomorrow." Thanks for the great service.
Kid behind the counter was nice and helpful. Prices are $$$ and trade in offers are a rip off. Not busy ever when I go in.
