Really cool store to look at!
Every thing is sloppy and not think through. Employees are not trained enough.
Took my laptop in for a tune up, the tech booted it up and everything was working just wanted to clean it up some. So two days later they call me and said they could not get the computer to boot after they ran their diagnostics. In my opinion they broke it and should pay to get it fixed. They said the mother board "JUST" happened to go bad during their diagnostic test. Don't think so. All they could do for me was give me a 5% discount on a new piece of equipment. Really poor service. Never never shop here again.
I walked in and in 2 mins every single employee asked me if I need help one by one it was so frustrating.
Have made 2 appointments for lessons on surface pro, show up and say I have no appointment. Paid extra for this service but obviously doesn't matter. Set it up drive hour round trip an no lesson. Needless to say very unhappy.
Did not have a great experience at all. The staff was blah and not friendly at all. They seemed to not want to be there. I had to go up to one to even be served. Then we I asked about the price of the Pro 4 (sale ended yesterday) he said oh well. Wait what?! That's not how you react!!! I'm a MSFT fan but this store needs some improvement FAST!
They dont have any structure or game plan, they are all hanging around and half of the staff look like they are hating it.
Im not an Apple fanboy but to be honest I have never experienced anything like that in any Apple store.
One of the staff came to me and say "whats up bro" like he was working at a flat iron kiosk. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. Same employee right after he said "whats up bro" he add "ugh I got one hour left actualy 45mins then Im done." SEROUSLY?
