WHY DO WE NEED STAPLES, NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME, BUY A PRINTER AND THE WIRELESS CARD GOES OUT AND THE CLERK SAYES CAN'T RETURN THE PRINTER HAS TO BE DONE IN 14 DAYS, I WASN'T TOLD THAT WHEN I BOUGHT AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS POSTED ANYWHERE, THE CLERK SAYES OH YOU CAN CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON THE PRINTER YOU HAVE UPTO A YEAR. THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT STAPLES' WALMART POLICY IS UPTO 3 MONTHS ON THE SAME PRINTER. MONEY BACK.
I have shopped here for several years and Always found their clerks and techs to be very helpful AND Polite. They have even suggested other options that have saved me money. Plus they really stand behind their products, unlike Office Depot ..

This is an awful store. Horrible customer service. I went to return a printer that I bought online. The manager said: we can't do anything if you bought it online. Then he walked away and didn't pay attention to me again. He just didn't care. What a awful experience.
They price match everyone and give you 10% off difference if their price isn't lower!
