Good deals good service
I came in the store to inquire about a bed i seen a few different online that this store must have had at one time. When I came in and asked about them a friendly young salesman asked a guy working in the back office that said does it look like we have them here! So i walked out! They also have signage on the building about headboards, bunk beds, dressers etc. Apparently they only sell mattresses and the rails for them!
The owner was really nice. Great prices.

I made several attempts to contact about beds posted online and finally received a response to a text, which i perceived as a rude dismissal. After an appointment elsewhere a month or so later, we stopped by bedman and i really wasnt thrilled about it but patiently looked around while the other party shopped. The bed i was told was sold out was in fact still for sale. However, my son was interested in a different bed so i did not purchase (considered purchasing by phone later). I did look at mattresses and purchased one full matress only for $500. My brother went to pick it up the next week while i was out of state. I attempted to contact by phone and email and finally text to advise of this and inquire about purchasing a bed through phone transaction, which they do allow--would have gladly done so months ago but i wasnt worth the time. That next morning i received a response that he did allow phone transactions and would be at the store shortly. My brother arrived (first had used address of 601 provided on ad and google which got him nowhere then using 6601 he was able to get there). He stated the man was very rude and unprofessional--this was putting it mildly (same impression i had) and wanted him to pay again for the mattress. I was called and it was settled so they loaded the mattress. A couple days later i pulled the plastic off the mattress and some fabric "protection" fell off revealing a hard pink stain like melted candy or yogurt or something. Mind you, the other protective fabric had to be ripped off and was not loosely resting with the triple wrapped plactic on that end and there were no tears or visible openings in plastic wrapping. I contacted owner with a picture as it appeared to be a used mattress. Not only was this horrible stain present, but on the mattress underneath the plastic there were little dead bugs and legs. Gross. Is that expected on a new mattress? I also inquired about legality of selling used mattress as this appeared to be used and rewrapped. This seemed to be an annoyance to him. I was extremely irritated with his business by this point. He did offer to "make himself available" on a sunday and provide new matress cover. He insists mattress is new and trusts manufacturer. No explanation of what this pink stain is... Also, im now over 4 hours from his store and after the hassle ive had trying to do business with him, i will not be making any trips or recommending this business. I have never run into this problem anywhere else. This mattress is going to need a good steam cleaning and i may just use it in the guest room. The reviews are the reason we stopped in. I am making sure i provide another review i hope people see. I would have spent money on 2 beds and matresses and bedroom sets if this guy had seemed curteous or concerned with helping me find the bed i was shopping for over the past several months. On top of the terrible customer service, i unwrapped a dirty mattress. I gave him a chance after my initial impression, and while i was not thrilled to be there my final experience is this business is not top notch for customer service or products. If you find a good deal and need this, make sure you know what youre getting and have copies of your receipt if anyone picks it up.
Michael was there and showed us the beds and went over all the details with my wife and I, while our daughter played, making us feel really welcome. We ordered her new beds/mattresses that day and they delivered them the following day. When they came to install and deliver, they even brought a surprise for my daughter. They knew how excited she was and they went the extra mile to make it special for her.
If you need a new mattress, or bunk bed, please give Michael a chance at your business. Great place and I will definitely purchase my next mattress from him and his family!
We were looking for bunk beds/mattresses for my daughter. We drove around and did the furniture row circus. Found some things we liked and found some things we didn't like. Went home and found BedmanOKC online. Called them the next day and spoke with Michael, the owner, and made our way over to look.
