Our stay at the Best Western was fantastic! I've stayed at this location several times when traveling through Albuquerque and noticed even more upgrades in their facilities this time around. When checking in, I was greeted by a lovely woman who offered me cold water and a quick and thorough check in. She guided me to the parking area most convenient to my room. The room was very clean and spacious. The king bed was cozy - not too soft - and the sheets were soft and clean. GREAT water pressure in the shower. You know how some places barely give you any pressure? This was not the case here. The location was convenient to the airport and felt safe and close to lots of food options. I travel a lot for work so the most important things I look for in hotels are cleanliness, quick check ins and proximity to airport, food etc. This Best Western got a 10 out of 10 in all areas! I will be going back for sure!
Friendly staff, breakfast attendant was super friendly. Shane was awesome. Thanks for a great stay we would definitely stay again if we are back in the area. The bed was comfy, room very clean, and we loved it.
The breakfast was really good. There was a lot to choose from and it was replenished when out. The kitchen staff was very nice and friendly.
Overall, it's a good place to stay. Convenient to downtown, the highways and Walmart just down the street. Nothing major within walking distance though.
This hotel was very good overall. The furnishings were up to date and the lobby was clean and inviting. The pool was good, but the chlorine was esp high, so be aware of that fact. It closed at 10, so not much time to play (it was an inside pool, unheated).
The lobby personnel weren't overly friendly but not rude either. Be sure to ask for a cart, no one offered one.
The rooms were clean and good sized. The toilet was difficult to flush, but other than that, nothing was bad. The hallway had an unusual odor though....kinda sour.
Great location. It is easy to get on and off the highway (I-240), but far enough away to limit road noise. The parking areas are well lighted and easy to access. Additionally, you have the option of inside doors or outside doors on the first floor. I would stay here again, and would recommend the location to almost anyone.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was great. Clean and organized. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!
