I booked 2 night here with my family, 1 standard room 1 king size bed. A/c unit did not work in room. When I called they were very very good about the situation and upgraded me and My family to a king size suit. Very happy with the way I have been treated. Will stay here again.

My step brother in law was charged 3 times what the rate should have been.
One was an elderly Aunt attempted to charge her $1,300 for 3 nights. Fortunately her credit card company called it and stopped it.
My father-in-law was terminally Ill, my wife and brother-in-law stayed in the same hotel room for 2 nights. My wife offered to pay for one night at checkout they swiped her card. Would not give her a receipt. She left on October 30th. Two charges were was put on the credit card November the 2nd for $256.23 and one on November 3rd for $170.82. I know of at least four people who have been overcharged by this organization.
In two words fraudulent charges.
Very impressed, I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was for the price. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable enough. There is an outdoor pool that's very clean. They have laundry for guests and a small workout room. Staff seems fairly friendly. Overall very impressed.
In need of updates. Place was quiet, room was just ok. Bathroom toilet seat broken. Bathtub was dirty and appeared to have huge overlays of silicone to hide old nasty grout.
Charge my brother-in-law over $600 for a bill that should have been $256.
No one was at the desk when I arrived. Sign said they would be back shortly. After 5 minutes I left and went to grab dinner then came back and was finally able to check in. Hallway and room smell and the air conditioner is really loud. Convenient location for my meeting and reasonably priced but probably won't stay here next time.
