Room smells like rats made a colony in there and are partying with bugs too. From breakfast only bread and some old eggs with sausages. nothing else. Stuff not friendly at all. NO WATER IN CANISTER! If you want a good hotel then don't stay here.
Best hotel I've stayed in! The shower was AMAZING! Kid friendly, the staff was very nice and friendly. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because housekeeping took the empty tissue box from the trash and put it back and didn't give us another roll of toilet paper. Also the trash wasn't taken out and they had sprayed inside my suit case with the room sent spray witch made my toddlers eyes swell up. Other then that the room was clean and we had a very cool view.
Regardless, this hotel satisfied every needmy grandma and I had.
The guy that worked the front desk, checked us in was very nice and helpful. My hubby&I get cold easily, so he gave us a heater that he had for himself. I thought that was so sweet of him too go beyond to accommodate us. We've been back since then...same awesome guy was there to assist to us. Nice, clean and quiet hotel. I'd gladly stay again!
I stayed here with my wife last week. This was the worst hotel experiences of my life. We had stayed here several years ago but a lot has changed. We got in late and checked in to our room. When we walked into our room we were greeted with the strong musty smell. We were both exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep. The plan was to sleep and leave as soon as possible. That plan didn't work out. Someone who had a key to our room tried to get in at 2:20 am. Fortunately we locked the security lock. I slammed the door shut and the perpetrator eventually went down the hall. We gathered our stuff and headed down to the front desk. While we were leaving we told the guy at the front our story. He gave us a "sorry" and seemed to not be surprised by the turn of events. No refund or even an attempt to resolve the issue. Scary place, don't stay there.
Me and my grandma stayed for two nights here, spending most of our time at a Wizard World Comic Con going on down at the Cox Convention center. Was the hotel the greatest one I’ve ever stayed at? No, and originally I would’ve given it 3 stars instead of 4. But! The best part about this hotel? THE WATER FROM THE WATER FOUNTAIN WAS COLD. Oh so gloriously cold! You may think I’m overreacting, but in my experience, finding crisp, refreshing, cold water fountains is really hard. Maybe I was just lucky and the fountain was cold when I used it, but that was twice in two different days.
