Booked our room early in the day as we were traveling several hundred miles. They had no record of our reservation, booked through Expedia. We had no choice but to go elsewhere. We were tired and hungry and just ready for a break. I will say that they cancelled the charges on my credit card after a week or so.
The lobby is clean, a great price and the staff is awesome. The workout room is small but equipment have personal fans so you don't get hot. The pool is nice, plenty of towels. The rooms are very clean, elevators are quick, rooms are spacious and well lit. Breakfast is good, there is a lot of variety and it's temperature appropriate.
I discovered Blood on the pillow, sheet and comforter. Let the employee know and they just said let's move rooms...of course I had already settled in but that was fine. Next room, the AC never got that cold. Told her up front I need a cold AC. I sleep at 62 degrees. I emailed the GM about the blood and NEVER got a response. Pretty worthless. Next time I can choose another hotel to stay in. I am also now a Diamond member and no offense, I believe that should entail something better than oh well

Was close to the location we needed to be at the next morning, room was clean and service was good.
I stay here every time I go to OKC, whether is business, medical or personal. It is worth driving across the city to stay there, if it's not close to your destination. We've stayed here for two of our children weddings and they bend over backwards to help us have rooms close to each other and anything else we need.
This hotel was filthy! The pool was disgusting. There was clumps of hair floating all over in it, it was cloudy and green, couldn't even see the bottom, there was no smell of chlorine, and no towels. The pack and play that was offered to sleep my baby was filthy like something spilled and never got cleaned up, then it turned out to be broken, the hotel did not have anything else to offer. The elevator was malfunctioning the alarm would randomly sound when you were on it, the door sensor was not working properly in that it would start closing on people, my 6 year old son was trying to get into the elevator and the door shut on his foot removing the skin on two of his toes! I reported it to the front desk and she couldn't locate an incident report so she gave me a piece of printer paper and told me to write what happened. I booked two rooms, both were FILTHY! Bedding and mattresses were covered in stains. there was food on the floor in places, the bathtub wouldn't drain, there was someones earring in one of the beds, the sofa beds were so old and extremely uncomfortable. I have never had so many issues in one hotel! Extremely disappointing. The breakfast was a joke! It was either cold or old, the juice was extremely watered down, the biscuits were cold and microwaved biscuits are hard as rocks, the waffle batter was watered down, the sausage was hard, the eggs were not replenished, the cereal was stale, DISAPPOINTING ALL AROUND!!!!
Since I travel alone or with children sometimes, it is important to stay at a good, safe place. The parking lot is well lit and you never have to walk far to a door.
