Clean rooms, great staff and overall a great place to stay without breaking the wallet. Would always go back here because its a gtlreat value for my family.
Everything was good, until I found a spider in the shower. I understand that these things happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. I went to the front desk and the manager (who everyone was polite) told me to send an email to the Head manager with the picture of the spider. I did this and they called me the next day. I think when something like this happens you should be reimbursed for the stay, instead they tried to tell me they would give me 30% off my next visit. This is absolutely ridiculous! at the end of it all they gave me $30 back on my visit. I still thing this is not right and I am not happy about this. I will be putting this on Yelp and other services so people understand that the customer is not taken care of when things happen. If they would have reimbursed my whole night I would have gladly been back many times. Not now! I would love to speak with a higher up about what happened. To top it off the general manager couldn't even call me and just apologize! Terrible.
The staff was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. By the way the hot tub room is totally worth it!!
Great price for our room. The pool and workout center were well maintained. Recommend 2 x Queen Beds with fold out couch for families with 3+ kids
Got up this morning for my complementary breakfast only to find out it was $9 a person.... That would have been nice to know. Also our room smelled like mildew, and our pullout had a yellow stain on it... The elevator door was messed up and I had to open it by hand.. I would expect better service from a motel 6 in Compton....
