He was a very nice day at the hotel. The guest service person was very friendly and attentive and the room itself was homie and clean. The reason I gave them three stars out of five is that there is no complimentary breakfast. Most hotels special the fancier ones now have complimentary breakfast that if you want to be competitive with them it's almost a must have. Other than that it was a great day.
Stayed here a few days this past week. The staff was great and very helpful, and the room was great! Breakfast was fantastic, although it was not complimentary. There was also a little pantry that you could purchase small things that you forgot to pack. The hotel is right down the road from a lot of shopping and restaurants. It also had a pool that looked great, although we did not use it. Overall fantastic experience, and we will staying here anytime we are visiting the city.
I was only there for a meeting but the hotel was nice. It was in the process of being remolded but looked like it was going to be nice. They provided lunch for us today and the potato salad was absolutely amazing!!
Service is great, the rooms are beautiful, nice swimming pool and hot tub. I am having a great time here. The breakfast was awesome!
Staff is courteous and very helpful. I like the lower rate and being convenient to Will Rogers airport. Hotel is doing remodeling by floor, but I've not experienced any disruption. Remodel to be completed by Feb 2018.
