The decor at the entrance was so aesthetically pleasing that we ended up with a nicer room! The lady helping uy's at the desk was super friendly, and took pride in her place of employment -- made it that much more enjoyable. Keep it up!!
Very nice hotel. Great location for why I was in town near the Science Museum. I gave it 4 stars because most of the rooms were all around the center eating area on the ground floor. This meant that anything going on (such as the dog show night before dinner) was very loud and could be heard through the door and under the huge gap at the bottom of most hotel doors. I couldn't get to sleep until after midnight. Second issue was the AC was EXTREMELY LOUD when it would kick on. I couldn't hear anything. I needed to turn the TV way up and then when the AC shuts off the TV is blaring.
The facilities were incredible. The rooms were comfortable and nothing seemed to malfunction while I was there. The restaurant had pretty good service and was accommodating for the group I was with. I enjoyed my stay and would go back.
Update 7/23/17: We stayed here again for my fiances next appointment. This time we brought our kids with us. Again our needs were completely met and Mrs. Joyce even left my daughter a birthday card in our room! I really hope we get the opportunity to come here again. We absolutely love her and staying at your hotel! #teamJOYCE
Our stay here was amazing!!! My fiance and I are staying here for his surgery. Mrs. Joyce was such a pleasure to meet! She made sure we had everything we needed and even left a sweet card under our door the wishing him well for the surgery. The room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Plus we wanna see Mrs. Joyce again!!
Nice quiet stay. Pool, workout facility. Pet friendly. Rooms were clean. Convienent location off of NW expressway. Staff was responsive to all questions.
