Excellent service, good food, spacious rooms! Friendly and helpful personnel.
Seemed like a good location. There were a few other hotels close by. Rooms were nice. Disappointed that the bar closed before 9:00pm on a Friday.
The experience at the hotel was fine. The customer service afterwards was the issue. They messed up and charged my sister-in-law for my room. Her credit card number was never attached to my room. When I called to get it corrected the front desk attendant accused me of yelling at him, then hung up on me. The manager offered an apology, corrected the charging error, but nothing more. There are other hotels close by and I’m sure their staff won’t be so rude.
My experience at this hotel was unpleasant. The lady who checked us in and out at the front desk was extremely rude and what's scary is she was the front desk manager. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Hopefully things change for a more pleasant customer experience.
This hotel is a good place to stay, especially if you find a good deal. I wouldn't pay 100+ per night, but at about half that, this was an excellent hotel. Front desk staff was very nice, and the room was clean. I spent most of my time away from the hotel, so I can't hit on many amenities. The location is a big plus. If you're in Edmond or the Quail Springs area, this is dead center.
