We have never met such a nice person at the Reservation desk. She went out of her way to assist us by phone and when we arrived here our room was ready .We never can thank her enough Claudette Smith.
Beautiful hotel and my family loved the room. The staff was very helpful, with the exception of the kitchen staff during the breakfast. Overhears them being rude to a guest.
There is a great business center, outdoor pool and gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here at least a dozen times over the last 7 years and never had a problem. Please note that there is a smoking area right outside the main front doors. That may offend you. Otherwise the place is Awsome and clean.
Only needs antibacterial soap lol...kitchen in room was great and hot breakfast was great AMD not the same every day.
All the staff was super nice! The breakfast the first day was not so good but the second day was awesome!
Homewood Suites OKC has been my go to hotel whenever I have business there. From the well prepared hot breakfast 7 days a week to the beer/wine it serves Monday thru Thursday and the hot food and salads.
