A gentleman by the name of Colby Smith assisted as soon as I came in the door. He was able to get me so much furniture at an affordable cost. Another gentleman by the name of Cody approved my furniture needs and I am so grateful. Amanda assisted me as well. She was extremely sweet. It was a smooth experience and I am sure I will use them again.
i need to furnish my new apartment and i wasn't sure what i was looking for,so my sales rep allen take the time to listen to my wants and what i need and really he helped me put together a great looking for the living room with couch tv table and coffee table , dining room table,also my bedroom stuffs and the kids bedroom,so i got everything for a real great price,i will definitely return in the future and look forward to allen helping me out
This was the worst experience of my life!!!The owners daughter Amanda is unbelievably rude,the customer service and finance department was very ghetto!!! I purchased a katnapper couch for 1500, this was in September which was 3months ago!!The couch is now coming apart in the back and the arm is weak you can also feel nails and screws in the couch!!!They sent some mom's and pops guy to repair it and nothing has been done, and on top of that they told me the other matching piece will be in the store in 12 weeks!!!If you have no hope or credit and your desperate this may be your choice...I suggest you save your money and go to Mattis brothers!!! It's a terrible family owned buisnss!! There as very preejudice against gays and Black people...
Kim was very helpful and I told her what I wanted and would show me her best deals and quality furniture. In fact saved me 2500!!! Kim has excellent customer service and I'll definitely be a returning customer. They showed me absolutely every detail about financing and how if I paid 175 a month it'll all be paid off in 1 year with 0% intrest or I can pay the minimum of 35 dollars a month! Great job Kim!!!!
