Great stay. Clean, comfortable, Good size and no issues. Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Everything I expect from a hotel stay while visiting a theme park. The hotel is spread out so you may need to do allot of hallway walking.
Bathroom had about 5 or so water bugs crawling around that we killed, there were thousands of tiny tiny ants all over both night stands by the bed no one had any bug spray to give us it was late at night so didn't get a good nights sleep because we kept thinking the bugs were getting on the bed. Pancake machine in the breakfast room was broken and there was very little left out to choose from and it was only 7:30. After first night our keys wouldn't work and the desk clerk did fix them fast but she screwed up and only keyed them for one night. the hallway carpets looked as if they hadn't been swept in about a week, The outer access door where work was being done did not lock at all so anyone off of the street could walk into the back door of the hotel without a key - didn't feel safe about that at all. Location was great and the inside bar was nice to have but that was about all.
Overall experience was pretty good and we are happy with our visit. Decently priced and the room was clean. There were minor flaws in the room that could be overlooked. Didn't have any alarming issues with our night stay. Front person who checked us in did her job, but didn't make it a point to show excellent customer service, which is fine I guess for place like this. Wish she wasn't so stingy about the toiletries when I asked for 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners though. She prompted by informing us that there were some in the room to which I stated that I knew, but there was obviously more than one person staying. She then looks in the drawer and asked if 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner was okay. Seriously, like come on I have long hair and would like to have a bottle each for my own head. It's really not too much to ask for. In the morning, the husband went to grab some food from their complimentary breakfast and said the selection was pretty sad when he came back to the room. All in all, you get for what you pay.
Please for absolutely no reason stay here!! We got there and we found BLOOD on our comforter of one bed and FOOD in the other bed. Please spend your money elsewhere so you don’t have to stay in this disgusting conditions! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
You can walk to the Quality Inn which is not far from Oklahoma City's Will Rogers World Airport (if it's not blazing hot outdoors!) Otherwise take the free Courtesy Shuttle from the Airport to the Quality Inn. It's clean, very quiet, and their friendly and knowledgeable front desk staffer offer to make your stay pleasant. There is free morning breakfast and Papa John's Pizza delivers right to your room! Great price for modest accommodations!
