We stayed for two night and enjoyed our stay completely. We had a buffet breakfast that was delicious! The bar had a live singer,inside and outside seating. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We utilized the free shuttle the night before we went to several tourist attractions.Our room was spacious and clean! We were able to get a amazing rate that weekend.
Great location. Super clean room. Very helpful staff. Everything is walking distance. And you can selfpark across the street on the weekends at no charge since they don't enforce parking on the weekends. $30 valet at the hotel.
Everything was great! We love this hotel and spa. Only problem was we wanted room service. You are supposed to hang the sign on the door before midnight the night before we put ours on at 10:00 p.m. and our breakfast never came I had to call then I looked on our door and it was still there are order. They took our order over the phone and brought it within 30 minutes. The lady kind of acted like it was my fault at other than that everything was wonderful.
I'm giving this hotel a five-star because everyone was so nice we forgot to bring our toothbrush and toothpaste and Lisa at the front desk made sure that we brought it. And then Michelle was so awesome my friend that's with me is almost 8 months pregnant and she was craving a shake and she made sure that she got her shake and she was so awesome that she totally took her time out and went out of the way and listen to us and everything it was just really awesome. And Zack the valet guy he was really awesome too and friendly and helping me get my car. We will definitely be back here these people really do care about customer service. And the place is beautiful very serene!!!!!
Lovely hotel but beware when using valet service. I have stayed at Marriott's all my life and I didn't check my car out when getting it back. Less than 24 hrs saw a mishap on driver side front corner. Of course they are not held accountable because there are not any security cameras to witness accident. This just changed my whole perspective now. Park at your own risk!!!!!
