Wow, this has got to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It is currently 0100 in the morning and I can literally hear every word of the couple's argument in the room next door. It's like there is no wall at all. It has been 15 minutes since I heard the other room next to me call to complain, no action has yet to be taken. On top of that, the service desk gave me the incorrect keys and room at check in, allowing me to surprise a very nice young lady as she was dressing. I truly recommend not staying here. Ever.
Very unique and interesting conference area with an open ceiling to the second floor where the vendor booths were.
Attended a wedding and reception at the hotel and stayed the night. Beautiful room. Never had to ask for anything. Gorgeous ceremony and wonderful reception. Very impressed with the hotel.
Great facility to hold a conference. I personally did not stay the night in the hotel. But as a vendor I found this facility to be one of the friendliest and most helpful hotels I have yet to visit. The people at the front entrance offered help loading, gave good descriptions of where to go, and made sure we had a luggage cart to use for transporting our merchandise. During our visit they were helpful in informing us where we could find a microwave. They were able to break large bills for us, for making change. And the hotel continually checked on the event to make sure everyone was doing alright.
For the cost the hotel was charging the rooms were rather small. You could hear voices from adjacent room and there is no privacy. Parking is expensive and the ramp leading to parking is narrow steep and curvy if you opt for self parking. The valet parking is quite expensive at 25$ per day. The location of hotel is good and there are great restaurant within walking distance. Do not book room with breakfast as it will end up costing more, rather pay separately for buffet which comes out much cheaper. No microwave in the room
Great overall. Good staff. The food was good but one of the restaurants was under construction. Also there was a noisy dog across the hall.
