This is my second time this year purchasing a mattress from Ashley, both times she has been amazing! Makes me wish she sold more items than mattresses so I had more reasons to visit. I went shopping this time for a bed as a gift, and I did not doubt for a second that this was the right place to find that gift. I purchased a queen size mattress here a few weeks ago, & completely forgot to leave a review, despite my best intentions!! These people are fabulous to work with. No one referred me in, but after visiting 3 different mattress stores (that were all suddenly sold out of anything in my price range) I stumbled upon The Mattress Store on Google. From the initial phone call to the delivery, everything was beyond industry standards compared to their competitors. The lady understood that I was buying the mattress for my 5 year old daughter, who still has accidents every now and then, and I didn't want to break the bank. She pointed out the different types of mattresses in my price range, let me look around while she helped other customers, & wasn't pushy at all. I loved my shopping experience. Better still, I bought my mattress at 2 p.m. on a Saturday, and even though she originally thought it wouldn't be delivered until the next Monday, she switched things around and had it to me, in Edmond, by 5 p.m. I highly recommend this business if you like fair prices, knowledgeable sales people, and not being badgered right as you walk in the door. Thanks for all of your help, guys! My daughter says her new bed helps her sleep so much better now!
Basically there was no pressure to buy and the friendliness was great from her and her staff. It was the best buying experience I have had in a long long time and I would recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a good deal but a pleasurable experience with staff that are very knowledgeable of their product. After being in our home for 5 years, in a queen sized bed with two bed hog dogs, we finally upgraded to a big kid bed. Thank you to Ashley at the Mattress Store for the best customer service, quality, friendliness and reasonable price. We are so excited for our comfy King size bed with adjustable base!
I walked in to the store at about 5:30 P.M. Yes I was that guy who comes in right before close and tried to shop. Most people would have blown me off and told me a five minute sells speech and tried to get me out the door. Not here. I was amazed with how friendly these people were. I walked in knowing my price range and my limit. They didn't try to upsell me on that. I walked in and 10minutes later I had what I wanted. Paid, and talked to them for another 10 minutes. Overall I walked in needing a product, half an hour later I walked out a happy customer amazed at the prices, and service. Better than any big retailer store hands down! Will repeat service!
This place was awesome. I looked several places for a decent bed that fit my body. Ashley and her staff were superb and let me lay on as many mattresses as I needed to, and even let me get one and return it and get something different with no problems.
